REF: PFS-ACQ-2028-119 | DATE OF NOTICE: 2028-03-02 | ACQUIRED ENTITY: AMEN Pay (Morrison Technologies)
Notice of Portfolio Transfer
Effective immediately, all outstanding seed-financing balances, payment histories, and tithing-behavior records originated by AMEN Pay have transferred to Providence Financial Services as part of the above-referenced acquisition. AMEN Pay account holders are not required to take any action.
Your seed-financing repayment history – including any missed or late payments – has been mapped to the Providence Faithfulness Index without a new consent event. Existing AMEN Pay terms of service, executed at account opening, already authorized transfer of financial behavior data to affiliated and successor entities.
On the rate change
Accounts in good standing retain their original 0% introductory terms through the transfer. Accounts with a missed-payment flag are reclassified under the standard Providence rate schedule, disclosed in Appendix C, effective the date of this notice.
Providence Financial Services was founded in 2027. Kingdom Ventures, which provided seed funding to Providence, also provided seed funding to AMEN Pay in 2026. Both filings list the same registered agent. This fact is disclosed here because it is required to be disclosed somewhere.
CLASSIFICATION: ROUTINE ACQUISITION NOTICE – NO ACTION REQUIRED
This notice satisfies AMEN Pay's disclosure obligation under its original terms of service. It is not a solicitation. It is not a request for consent, because consent was already given.
